  1. Check whether the chip is properly seated and correctly aligned. 
  2. Verify that there are no leaks or blockages in the system. 
  3. Confirm that the loaded sample volumes are appropriate and that no wells are empty or improperly filled. 
  4. Restart the run if necessary after addressing potential issues. 

If the error persists, it is recommended to stop the experiment and contact technical support for further assistance.
