Introduction
The dsDNA HS Assay Kit is a highly sensitive fluorometric kit for accurate quantification of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The kit contains fluorescence detection reagents, buffers, and dsDNA standards. It exhibits excellent linearity for dsDNA samples ranging from 0.2 ng to 100 ng, enabling accurate quantification of samples from 10 pg/μL to 100 ng/μL.
This kit is highly selective for dsDNA and is not affected by the presence of RNA. It demonstrates outstanding resistance to common contaminants including salts, free nucleotides, proteins, solvents, and detergents. The assay is performed at room temperature and requires only a simple dilution step before measurement with a Qubit® fluorometer.
