What should I do if cell sorting is Required？

Release date : Jan 18,2026

a. Select appropriate sorting reagents

For human and mouse CD45/31: use Miltenyi magnetic beads.
For mouse neutrophils: use Miltenyi magnetic beads (#130-120-337, #130-097-658).
For human neutrophils: use Miltenyi magnetic beads (#130-046-601).
Use Miltenyi sorting consumables for optimal performance.

b. Prepare additional materials if needed

If antibodies, magnetic beads, or consumables from other manufacturers are required, please prepare them in advance.

c. Confirm compatibility before sorting

You can always check the brand and catalog number of all beads beforehand with SeekGene.
Oversized beads may affect cell capture efficiency during sorting.
