Currently, sample multiplexing is not supported.
The present workflow includes only a single multiplex index design, and therefore does not support simultaneous pooling of multiple biological samples within the same experiment.
However, this is primarily a current panel and chemistry implementation limitation rather than a fundamental restriction of the assay architecture.
Because scMLPSeq is based on probe-ligation chemistry, future multiplexing capability remains technically feasible through the introduction of additional multiplex index designs and corresponding analysis support.
At present, each experiment should be prepared and processed as an individual sample workflow.
