Answer:
The current scMLPSeq probe panel contains a single set of probes targeting over 18,000 human coding genes, covering the full transcriptome range of endogenous genes.

Note:

Only genes included in the probe set can be detected; non-target genes or non-coding RNAs are not captured. Because sequencing reads are derived only from ligated probes, single-nucleotide variant (SNV) information and full transcript isoform data are not retained.
