Answer:
Yes. The appearance of carrier oil may vary between batches.

While most batches appear clear, some may exhibit a uniform, slightly opaque or cloudy appearance, which is still considered normal.

As long as the reagent is within its valid shelf life and has been properly stored, both clear and cloudy carrier oil are acceptable and do not affect performance.
