What are the specifications of the SeekSpace spatial chip? What is the spatial barcode resolution?

Answer:
The SeekSpace spatial chip contains two independent capture areas, each measuring 5.5 mm × 15 mm.

Approximately 30 million types of spatial barcode clusters are distributed across the surface of each capture area. Each barcode cluster has a diameter of approximately 900 nm, with a center-to-center spacing of approximately 1.5 μm between adjacent clusters. Each cluster contains more than 3,000 spatial barcode molecules.

The high-density spatial barcode distribution improves local spatial information capture and supports downstream single-cell-level spatial reconstruction analysis.
